What others are saying:

“Mind opening. Therapy has brought up new ways to think about situations. Therapy has helped me process things from the past and their impact on me growing up and now. It's nice to have my feelings and emotions validated. It's also lovely talking it all through with an unsubjective third party.”

“My therapist has been wonderful at keeping me accountable to myself, while never making me feel badly if I'm stumbling or backtracking. She has helped me to understand my patterns and recognize what I need in my daily life. Thanks to her helping me understand the hangups I experience step-by-step, I am more self-aware than I have ever been, which has made an incredibly positive impart on my life.”

“Therapy is really hard and scary but with Reinventing Hope in your corner it really makes it a lot easier. They wants you to grow and love yourself and find things that work for you. They also are constantly learning and know what is current in the field which makes me feel like I'm in safe hands during such a vulnerable time.”

“In working with Reinventing Hope, often I am in awe in their genuine ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. They are empathetic listeners, personable, caring, and knowledgable helping people like me feel safe enough to process tough past events continuing to impact my life.”

“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.”
