Consultation
The first step is to schedule a free phone consultation where we can discuss goals that helps us understand a bit about you and what you are looking for as well as give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Schedule
We work together to find the best time and clinician for you to meet and send over easy and quick forms to sign beforehand.

Meet
We meet at your scheduled time in a confidential, secure place (whether in office or online through the client portal) so that you can start your therapy journey. Generally, clients book weekly or bi-weekly based on their need.
